Q. Where can I check on my DocumentExpress request?

The status of a request can be checked by logging into DocumentExpress.

Documents Available box lists the ILL documents that have been received and are ready to be downloaded. Documents are available to view or download for 21 days.&

Documents in Process shows the requests that have been made that are still waiting to be filled.

Note: DocumentExpress requests are processed during normal business hours, typically M-F 8-4:30.

   Average turnaround times:

•     Articles: 1-2 business days
•     Book chapters: 1 week on average
