Q. Why am I getting a "Requested UserNumber is not valid" message when I try to open an EBSCO ebook?

This problem can occur if you right click an ebook full text link (for example, a PDF Full Text or an EPUB Full Text link) and select the "Open in a new tab" option.

The best thing to do is just click on the link and allow it to open in your current browser tab.
