This sometimes happens when searching EBSCO. Here are some things to try:
Close and restart your browser.
Closing all your open browser windows and restarting your browser may be all you need to do.
Try another browser.
For example, if you are using Chrome, try Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
Try using a "private" window.
Click your browser's control panel (the three lines or dots at the upper right corner) and select the option for a new private or "incognito" window.
Try clearing your cache or cookies.
As a last resort, try clearing your browser's history. Note that if you do this, your favorite sites will not "remember" you the next time you visit.
