Are you using NordVPN?
It may be blocking your access. If you are NOT using NordVPN, please contact the library.
If you are using NordVPN on a Windows computer:
- Go into NordVPN.
- Click on the Threat Protection (shield) icon in the top left corner.
- Go under Web Protection.
- Under Web Protection Activity, where it lists blocked websites, look for the one that has ezproxy.umgc.edu, select it, click on the 3 dots, and choose the option to Exclude this domain from threat blocking.
- Try the Library site again and see if it now works.
If that does not work, then try temporarily disabling Web Protection:
- Go into NordVPN.
- Click on the Threat Protection (shield) icon in the top left corner.
- Turn off Web Protection.
- Try the Library site again and see if it now works.
- You may wish to turn it back on when you are finished using the Library.
If you are using NordVPN on iOS:
- Click on the account in the bottom right corner to open the profile tab.
- Turn off Threat Protection Lite.
- Try the Library site again and see if it now works.
- You may wish to turn it back on when you are finished using the Library.
